We currently offer standard & express delivery options in Vietnam, with order tracking services.
STANDARD
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders above 999.000VND. Otherwise will be 30.000VND
- Delivery Timing: 3-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
- Payment: By Card / Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery
- Exceptions: If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
EXPRESS
- Fee: Extra 30.000VND for all orders
- Delivery Timing: 1-2 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Payment: By Card / Bank Transfer
- Exceptions: If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Some are are not available for this service
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
COLLECT IN STORE
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice within 1 business day, now available in select receiving at store.
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Payment: By Card / Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery
- Delivery Timing: Collect in Store orders placed from 10AM-10PM Monday – Sunday
